The Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate appointment setting, and ensure the smooth operation of our reception area.
* Answer incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
* Transfer calls to relevant departments.
* Provide face-to-face customer service and facilitate appointment setting.
* Facilitate patient admissions and discharges.
* Reconcile daily register balances.
* Assist with invoicing and documentation.
* Replace merchandise in the waiting room store.
* Perform general administrative duties.
* Open and close the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and tidy.
Requirements
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Experience in high-volume customer service environments.
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in administration and reception roles.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems ability.
