Our client is a well-regarded, leading legal practice with offices in Melbourne's inner suburbs. They are currently looking for a Accounts Payable to join their team on a Temporary Basis.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Entering disbursements
- Processing Credit Card Transactions
- Topping up Debit Cards
- Receipting
- Reconciliations
- Paying Creditors
- Reconciliations
- Backup for Office Coordinator incl Answering Calls, Processing Mail, Greeting Clients in Reception, Scanning
We are looking for an ambitious professional with great numerical skills, No degree is required but Basic Accounting Knowledge is necessary. Ability to work in a dynamic team setting. Previous experience in the legal sector & Affinity would be advantageous but not mandatory.
