Role 1: Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper
In this position, you will play a senior role within the finance function and support the business with reporting and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Financial reporting and month-end support
* Financial forecasting and budgeting assistance
* Acting as an escalation point for your internal team and external suppliers
* Payroll processing (including superannuation and payroll tax)
* BAS Completion, Fuel Tax Credits
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislative requirements.
* Work closely with the Director on ad hoc financial administration requirements
Role 2: Accounts Officer (AP/AR)
If you're an Accounts Officer who enjoys transactional finance and being the go-to for keeping everything running smoothly, this could be the right fit.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and supplier payments
* Processing Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and follow-up
* Managing queries and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting general finance admin and reconciliations
* Assisting the broader finance and administration team as required
