About the Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 2–4 years PAE to join this thriving practice. In this role, you will handle a broad range of legal matters, including:
* Business structuring, acquisitions, and sales
* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
* Corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
* Risk management and commercial dispute resolution
* Franchising, intellectual property, and business negotiations
You will work closely with experienced professionals, gain direct client exposure, and have the opportunity to build long‑term client relationships while handling complex and rewarding legal matters.
Key Requirements
* 2–4 years PAE in corporate or commercial law (private practice preferred)
* Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters effectively and meet deadlines
* Commercial acumen with a proactive and problem‑solving approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
