Job Description
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children aged 0-5 years. You will work collaboratively with other educators to plan and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum guidelines and centre policies
* Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes socialisation, exploration, and creativity
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians on a regular basis
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
