Your Role:
* Conduct clinical audits and lead clinical meetings
* Develop clinical education programs for nursing staff
* Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
* Lead quality management system audits and continuous improvement initiatives
* Oversee rostering, occupancy, and stakeholder engagement, including pre-admission and screening
* Analyze clinical indicators and provide monthly reports
* Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We're Looking For:
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Extensive aged care management experience, including clinical audits, accreditation, and funding management
* Strong leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
