We are currently seeking a Casual Enforcement / Compliance Officer (Car Park Patrol Officer) to join our growing team.
About the role:
This position combines car park attendant duties with parking compliance patrols, delivering a safe, efficient and customer-focused parking experience.
This is a casual position offering three (3) days per week, working four (4) hours per day. The successful candidate will be assigned to sites in either Rosebud or Mornington.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Car Park Attendant Duties
* Delivering exceptional customer service to patrons and retailers
* Maintaining positive working relationships with on-site services and management
* Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operating efficiently at all times
* Monitoring traffic flow within the car park
* Reporting incidents and events accurately
* Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and company values upheld
Car Park Patrol / Compliance Duties
* Conducting parking compliance patrols across designated car parks
* Using LPR (Licence Plate Recognition) technology to monitor and enforce parking conditions
* Issuing notices for non-compliance with parking regulations
* Proactively identifying parking issues and suggesting improvement opportunities
* Maintaining a professional, customer-service-focused approach at all times
* Accurate incident and event reporting
