Duties
1. Analyse current and target-state data models, data flows and data quality, and recommend & implement improvements.
2. Work with business SMEs and technical stakeholders to understand and document data migration, integration and reporting requirements.
3. Design, develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration for data conversion, migration and analytics use cases.
4. Implement and maintain strong engineering practices for data solutions, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and peer review.
5. Develop and maintain analytics data models, including data warehouse and reporting models, to support reliable reporting and analytics.
6. Investigate and resolve defects, data quality issues and requirement gaps, and optimise performance and cost through analysis, complex querying and tuning of data structures and processes.
