We're excited to offer a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Storeperson to join our Innisfail team.
What you'll do:
Working under the guidance of the Branch Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring orders are received and dispatched for delivery safely and on time. Tasks are varied and will include:
* Managing stock, picking and packing orders
* Performing general administrative tasks including, stock control, dispatch, and delivery of goods
* Operating forklift
* Overseeing inventory control
* Processing counter sales
* Upholding & championing safety procedures
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Preparing orders for delivery
* Perform other duties as required
What you'll bring:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a fast-paced team support setting and a genuine enthusiasm for Australian agriculture. Key attributes include:
* Previous warehouse experience will be highly advantageous
* A proactive working style and strong organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication skills to foster solid long-term customer relationships
* A valid driver's license and a forklift certification are essential
