The Role:
Cater Care Retail is currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Newcastle Airport
Role
What This Role Involves:
* Provide clear directions and monitor policy/procedure compliance
* Ensure food & service standards are to a high quality
* Manage staff operations including filling shifts & labour management
* Manage stock, inventory and cash
* Communicate and work alongside the management team to ensure a strong working environment
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
* Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
* Cash, stock and labour control skills
* Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
* Flexibility across work days/hours
* A Food Safety Certificate
