Maintaining employee records.
- Ensuring new and existing employees have correct qualifications and licenses needed to perform their roles.
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Maintaining our electronic onboarding and offboarding system
- Handling enquiries from employees and escalating when and where necessary.
- Updating and maintaining internal databases with accurate data.
- Be the first point of contact for employees with HR related queries.
- Conducting exit-interviews when needed.
- Drafting correspondence to our employees on various business matters.
- Drive continuous improvement across all HR activities.
- Maintaining electronic monthly rosters for all staff.
**Requirements**:
- HR knowledge and previous experience (desirable)
- Medical experience (desirable)
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with good time management skills, accountability and organisation skills.
- Be confident and a people person
- Be flexible
- You are dependable and attentive, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily tasks.
- Valid Driver's License and own transportation.
- Great work ethic and a sense of humor is a must

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Police clearance or working with children card (preferred)
- covid vaccinated certificate (minimum 3 vaccines) (required)

- Australia (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
