Minimum requirement Bachelor's degree or higher qualification with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Roles and Responsibilities
Analyse user requirements and business processes to develop functional specifications and system design documentation for new or enhanced software solutions. Design, develop, and maintain application code and software components to meet system requirements and technical specifications. Identify technology limitations, system inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in existing applications and operational processes.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to diagnose and resolve software defects in accordance with established quality standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including program specifications, system architecture, and operational procedures for internal teams and end users. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure software solutions.
Participate in the design and development of customised digital solutions and enterprise applications that support GS Global Solutions' technology and client service initiatives. Assist in evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies to improve system performance and software delivery efficiency. Support deployment, integration, and maintenance of applications while ensuring system security, reliability, and performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, code optimisation, and best practices in software development within the organisation. Skills & Qualities Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills
