What you will be doing
* Leading requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and document product requirements. Facilitate a shared understanding of outcomes across the business.
* Visualizing technical design, system workflows, user journey, business processes, etc., to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the business outcomes.
* Bridging the gap between business and engineering teams by transforming functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
* Building and managing a prioritized backlog of user stories for the team.
* Collaborate with engineers to clearly communicate and refine product requirements.
* Facilitating agile refinement sessions to foster a shared understanding of project goals and impacts across diverse teams.
* Proactively improve existing processes to ensure we are collaborating efficiently and effectively across business and engineering teams.
What we are looking for
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
* The ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
* The ability to write clear and concise documentation. The ability to clearly communicate complex processes to both technical and non‐technical audiences.
* Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Familiarity with Agile development principles and demonstrable experience working in Agile teams.
* Experience working with API, web services, and experience working on web‐based software projects.
* Experience with Networking Technologies is advantageous but not required.
