The appointee will be self-motivated, have a keen interest in Fixed Plant Production and will work closely with the Blending and Emulsion team to promote and build our business.Previous experience in a production environment with Blending / Emulsion or Asphalt is highly desired but not crucial. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:* Knowledge of industry related standards and specifications* Ability to work within tight deadlines in a safe and high-quality manner* Carrying out Plant inspection check lists* Maintaining a neat and tidy site and work area* Initiating and communicating ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs* Have experience in fixed Plant operations and maintenance* Experienced in Operating a Forklift – High Risk License* Actively participate in preventative maintenance, toolbox discussions and safety meetingsThe pre-employment process will involve a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.We are an equal opportunity employer and we highly value both gender and cultural diversity in our company.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
