Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to lead our chemical product distribution operations. As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the distribution of CSBP's chemical products to meet customer needs with precision, safety, and professionalism.
About This Role
* Plan and schedule chemical product distribution based on customer demand and availability.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and manage order processing, dispatches, and invoices.
* Support import/export logistics, liaise with transport providers and regulatory compliance.
* Maintain compliance and ensure all relevant despatch documentation is completed for each despatch.
* Audit transport providers to ensure compliance with regulations and site restrictions.
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency customer needs.
Requirements

* Experience in chemical distribution/logistics – including scheduling and export shipping.
* Weighbridge experience and understanding of truck combinations.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
