Property Operations Technician - Painter & Electrician (Full-Time) | The Star Brisbane
As a Property Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out routine and specialised maintenance work across our vibrant property – from minor repairs to detailed trades work – based on scheduled tasks from our Maximo maintenance system.
We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Painters and Electricians to join our Property Operations Team in a full time, permanent capacity.

We're Hiring:
- Painter - Experience with wallpaper, veneer panelling, and decorative finishes
- Electrician - Proven expertise in commercial electrical systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a similar trade or maintenance role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts
- Relevant qualifications:
- Painter: Certificate III in Painting & Decorating (Additional skills in plastering, upholstery, or wallpapering are a plus!)
- Electrician: Certificate III in Electrotechnology
