Global Cyber Security product company seeks a mid-level Scrum Master to lead dynamic Agile development teams. High visibility role interfacing with advanced software development teams. Need sharp person with influential personality. 1 year contract. $800 Daily. Flexible Work-From-Home policy. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, Data Engineers and Team Leaders. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project artefacts in JIRA and Gantt tools. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across projects. Support Scaled Agile practices (e.g. SAFe) and contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO Provide regular reporting using metrics and measurements to demonstrate team health, delivery progress, and overall project success Required Skills: 6–8 years in Scrum Master and project management in software delivery. Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Gantt charting tools Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master certification or equivalent Experience in security, or enterprise platforms Cultural Fit: Collaborative and inclusive. Great listener and fast learner.
