Senior Contracts Manager
This role involves leading the management of contracts across the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing strategies for successful dispute resolution, analysing and reporting on dispute success to inform senior management decisions, ensuring compliance with commercial frameworks and delegations of authority matrices, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications include a degree in business law, construction management, commerce or quantity surveying, at least 7 years experience in a similar role within the Australian civil and infrastructure space, and demonstrated expertise in dispute management.
