We are looking for a Department Managers and Supervisors to work in Produce, Deli and Grocery in Blackall. We are looking for a team member who is active, enthusiastic, and always willing to help.
Experience:
* Experience in retail preferred but not necessary
* Demonstrate good customer service skills
* Have a strong understanding of stock rotation and stock management
* Demonstrate experience in controlling wastage
* Strong understanding of WH&S and food safety requirements
* Ability to supervise and coach team members
* Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to calculate markdowns, conduct stocktakes, comprehend company policies, fill in forms)
* Demonstrate personal integrity and accountability for performance
