* from 20/10/ :00 to 21/10/ :00 at $220 per hour
* from 20/10/ :30 to 21/10/ :30 at $250 per hour
* from 21/10/ :30 to 22/10/ :30 at $250 per hour
* from 22/10/ :30 to 23/10/ :30 at $250 per hour
* from 23/10/ :15 to 24/10/ :15 at $280 per hour
* from 25/10/ :15 to 26/10/ :15 at $280 per hour
