Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist to join the Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Health. The QUT Health Clinics Clinic Receptionist provides customer‐focused reception support for a diverse range of allied health services. This essential role requires the ability to multi‐task and balance priorities in a busy university healthcare facility.

What You Need To Succeed
* Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience or a certificate level qualification with post‐certificate relevant work experience.
* Demonstrated experience in healthcare reception functions with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a busy healthcare service environment.
* Experience with IT healthcare systems.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines, balance competing priorities and multi‐task in a busy healthcare environment.
* Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in liaising with a diverse range of people.
* Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
