Claims Consultant - 6 Month Contract
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Claims Consultant. The role involves managing and supporting claims end-to-end while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers through proactive claims management.
What are my accountabilities?
1. Process all claims within your delegated authority;
2. Meet, if not exceed, claim deadlines as per our service level agreement;
3. Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and codes;
4. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
About you:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in managing claims;
2. Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
4. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
5. The ability to work independently and within a team;
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
