We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reception and Office Administration professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, as well as undertaking all reception duties.
Key tasks include:
* Managing office operations, including building maintenance, cleaning services, couriers, and other providers.
* Updating internal databases, assisting with data entry, and project administration.
* Assisting with planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
* Providing general administrative support to all business areas.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software is highly desirable.
* Essential requirement for proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* High level of communication skills.
