Job Title

Support the leadership team as a highly organized and proactive professional.

* Manage calendars, meetings, and Webex coordination to ensure seamless operations.
* Organize travel and handle expenses via SAP Concur for efficient cost management.
* Serve as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications to keep the team informed.
* Support team events and maintain SharePoint sites to promote collaboration.

Key Skills:

* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint) to leverage technology efficiently.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to teamwork to drive success.
* Experience working with multicultural teams and across time zones to foster global understanding.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion to maintain trust.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex situations.
