Lendlease Construction is looking for Construction Workers to join our Melbourne team. The role involves delivering innovation and industry‐leading project management, design and construction services across large‐scale commercial, health, data centre and residential projects.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Driver's Licence
- OHS Certificate
- White card and Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Hoist Ticket (desirable)
- Traffic Control Ticket (desirable)
- Experience as a general construction worker on multiple areas of a large‐scale project
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety systems
Responsibilities
- Perform construction tasks as part of a general worker team.
- Adhere to strict quality systems and maintain the highest safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
