The Role
In a nutshell, our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits & collaborating with stakeholders.
Full time or Part time.
Main responsibilities;
* Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients
* Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing
* Attend a variety of workplaces weekly, learn the physical demands and responsibilities of various job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
* Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
* Travel to North Queensland locations – Port Douglas, Cairns, and Mackay (Travel covered by Rehab Management)
