**Your new role**
Working with a social and super supportive team, you will gain exposure to all areas of the business in this dynamic admin focused role. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively managing general administrative tasks and assisting with ad-hoc jobs as required.
- Liaising with all key stakeholders and answer customer and supplier enquiries, providing effective and professional customer service.
- Coordinating the set up and completion processes for all customer accounts.
- Review of purchase order receipting, processing invoices, obtaining approvals, and ensuring processing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation of major supplier statements and investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting with the accounting function in daily banking entries and reconciliation.
- Playing a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement and optimising key processes.
**A bit about you**
- You're a competent professional with 1-2 years' work experience under your belt - having previously worked within a similar administration role would be a bonus.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client focused and a real team player, you're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and positive business outcomes.
- You have a good aptitude for technology and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You're excellent at managing your own time and schedule; you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
- You have strong attention to detail, you're not afraid of paperwork, and your certainly don't like to put things off until later.
- You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
