As our Control Systems Engineer, you’ll take ownership of our PLC and automation control systems to ensure equipment reliability across the site. You'll play a critical role in supporting production, quality, and spoilage reduction goals, while leading capital projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues.
* Manage site industrial automation systems – PLCs (AB, Omron), SCADA (Ignition).
* Manage breakdown response and corrective actions.
* Oversee inventory and procurement of control system supplies.
* Installation and commissioning new equipment and systems.
* Develop business cases and capital project proposals.
About You
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant Electrical Trade Certificate.
* 2–5 years of hand on experience, with a strong ability to work with others.
* A strong background in PLC and automation programming.
