Your new role
As a Senior Associate - Estate Planning, you will be responsible for:
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents including Testamentary Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney & Guardianship, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointment of Enduring Guardians.
* Advising clients on estate/asset structuring and asset protection strategies.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry professionals.
* Providing training and mentorship to junior lawyers and legal support staff.
* Contributing to the firm's growth through seminars, networking, and client education.
What you'll need to succeed
* Extensive experience in estate planning, succession law, and asset protection.
* Proven ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
* Excellent communication and networking skills.
