Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Water Services Coordinator to manage administrative processes related to water and property connections. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate administrative processes for water and property connections
* Assess applications for property connection requests
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence
* Manage invoicing and property agreements
* Liaise with the planning team for complex connection requests
* Provide customer contact for fault calls and liaise with other areas of the business
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 or above in Business or a related field and/or minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Knowledge and experience in plumbing, water, and sewerage connection procedures and requirements
* Demonstrated commitment, ability, and experience in resolving customer enquiries while providing a strong customer focus
* Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems, including MS Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and interacting with customers and stakeholders
* Strong organisational, self-management, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently collaboratively in a team environment
