About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administration/Office Allrounder to join our team at Air Conditioning and Electrical Tasmaniain Devonport, Tasmania. This is a full-time position responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and office support duties to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally

Providing excellent customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone

Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

Coordinating schedules, booking appointments, and managing the office calendar

Supporting the sales team with various administrative responsibilities

Contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the overall office operations

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within a trades or construction-related industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office suite

A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
