We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our Front Office team.

You will be the face of the hotel during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering memorable guest experiences.Pullman Cairns International is a centrally located 5-star hotel with 324 rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco's Kitchen and Bar, and in-room dining services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the Front Office team to maintain high service standards and a welcoming guest experience.Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to ensure team members thrive in their roles.Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a focus on timely, effective resolution.Encourage clear communication and teamwork across all departments to ensure smooth operations.Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and alignment with Accor's values.Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and continued development of Front Office staff.If you\'re driven by operational success and creating memorable guest experiences, we want you on our team!
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Previous front office supervisory or Duty Manager experience in a hotel or resort environment, with a passion for hospitality and guest serviceStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect effortlessly with guests and team membersClear and confident communicator, adept at resolving issues, negotiating outcomes, and fostering positive relationshipsKnowledge of Opera Cloud PMS (highly regarded)Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced settingWillingness to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
