Training Consultant Opportunity


The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and peers to understand business objectives and ensuring training initiatives align with knowledge management, quality practices, projects, and business as usual changes.


Key responsibilities include performing Training Needs Analysis to define, develop and maintain training programs, delivering interactive technology-enhanced training to support effective learning transfer and role competency across member services, developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders by facilitating clear communication, ensuring alignment on project goals, and promptly addressing concerns to enhance collaboration and project success.


Continuous professional development in the Learning and Development field is essential to ensure best practice approaches are applied.



About You


* Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (mandatory).
* Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training and coaching across multiple mediums including face-to-face, virtual, e-learning, and self-guided formats in an adult learning environment.
* Effective stakeholder management demonstrated through relationship-building, clear communication, goal alignment, and proactive issue resolution to achieve successful outcomes.
* Highly skilled in Articulate Storyline 360 (mandatory) and building digital learning including simulations.
* Experience using Vyond or Camtasia to build and produce instructional videos.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
