**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team in the RDO Toowoomba branch.
**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:
- Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members using a multi-line phone system always ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Greeting and facilitating all customer and visitor enquiries at front reception
- Point of sale management of merchandise and assisting with showroom presentation
- Assist with other administrative duties including but not limited to collecting and distributing mail, raising orders, replenishing supplies, managing petty cash and banking
- Providing wider support to management and the sales, service and parts teams
**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:
- Strong reception background from heavy industry would be desirable
- A strong customer service ethic and the ability to demonstrate in prior roles
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management
- Strong Computer skills including extensive systems knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
