Drive the centre towards exceeding national quality standards by implementing effective strategies and practices.
Develop and manage the centre's budget, occupancy, and administrative functions efficiently.
Cultivate deep, positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and the wider Sale community through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Key Requirements:
You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
A clear national and/or international Police Check, Working With Children's Check, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and CPR certificates are mandatory.
You should have proven experience in a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager role, along with in-depth knowledge of NQF and EYLF.
Outstanding ability to mentor teams, solve complex problems proactively, and handle business operations is essential.
We Offer: A highly competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience), performance bonus, and strategic autonomy to drive your own initiatives.
