We are seeking a Workplace Relations Specialist to provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to senior leaders and staff on complex workplace relations matters.
* Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring compliance with consultation obligations and successful implementation.
* Develop and review HR policies, and contribute to enterprise bargaining processes.
* Design and deliver training programs to build capability in workplace relations matters.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in workplace or employee relations.
You will also have strong knowledge of the Australian industrial relations framework, including interpreting legislation and HR policy.
A proven track record of conducting workplace investigations and providing specialist advice on performance and conduct matters is essential.
Maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment.
