Fleet and corporate business development lead

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Business Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities through strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
* Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and sales.
* Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare and present competitive proposals and tenders for corporate and government fleet contracts.
* Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
* Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer is met with exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.
* Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including the marketing and fleet management teams, to drive campaigns and improve fleet sales.

Requirements for Success:

* Proven experience in fleet and corporate sales within the automotive industry (3-5 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of automotive products, fleet management, and financing options.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in preparing proposals, tenders, and negotiating contracts.
