In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team of oncology nurses within a day oncology setting, working closely with Medical Oncologists, Haematologists, Pharmacists and clinical trial teams to ensure safe, high-quality, evidence-based care delivery. You will oversee chemotherapy governance, maintain rigorous safety and accreditation standards, support clinical trial activity, and drive continuous quality improvement across the unit.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated experience in Medical Oncology and chemotherapy administration
* Proven leadership experience at Nurse Unit Manager level
* Strong knowledge of oncology governance, safety standards and quality improvement frameworks
* Experience within a clinical trials environment highly regarded
* Full working rights in Australia
