We"reit seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join a leading national Fit Out & Refurb builder. You\'ll lead the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site operations specifically for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet all fit-out specifications and project timelines.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the fit-out process.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project objectives are fully met.
* Monitor progress closely and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
* Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the fit-out phase.
Requirements
* Specialised Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in commercial fit-outs and working for a well known tier 2/3 builder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment.
* Communication Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and site teams.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
* Quality Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality fit-out projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
