Join Our Team as a Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking passionate customer service professionals to provide transport information, customer assistance, and safety on all of our SkyBus services.
About the Role:
* Provide high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers travelling on Skybus services
* Answer questions and educate customers about the use of ticketing products and the bus network
* Maintain passenger and driver security by maintaining a visible presence on board bus services and bus stations
* Engage with local communities to grow an understanding of the bus network and encourage local use
* Work with community partners to promote and better the service offering of the bus product in the region
* Support drivers and passengers to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey environment
* Perform other duties as assigned
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* A commitment to customer service
* Well-developed communication skills to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
* The ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in high-pressure environments
* Conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate and resolve situations involving conflict
* The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve on the spot
* Contribute to a positive workplace culture by working in a cohesive team
* The ability to make fair and impartial decisions while applying learnt theory and relevant legislation
* A valid Victorian driver's license is required
