About This Role
This is a key position within our sales department, responsible for driving business growth through the sale of properties. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently.
The role involves managing a portfolio of listings, conducting property appraisals, open homes and private inspections. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage listings from pre-market to settlement, ensuring timely and efficient transactions
* BUILD and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and negotiation skills

* Reliable vehicle and driver's licence, enabling efficient travel to appointments and viewings
