* Ensure knowledge and skills of direct reports are maintained in relation to relevant financial
* hardship and debt collection obligations and legislation to avoid compliance breaches
* Provide technical recovery and claims advice and assistance to all team members
* Review and sign off on complex claim decisions and recovery write off outside of team's
