Creating an SAP Architecture Vision for the Customer
The Enterprise Architect will support building customer demand through thought leadership and innovation positioning. They will understand the customer's business process map, business model, and enterprise landscape, driving the positioning of standard cloud architectures.
Building Key Customer Architecture Deliverables: Business & Solution Architecture, Target State, Transformation Roadmap
This role requires driving business architecture and capability mapping, ensuring IT feasibility, and supporting cloud transformation roadmaps. The Enterprise Architect will also drive solution expansion by highlighting value and linkages to the broader SAP portfolio.
Being a Trusted Architecture Advisor for the Customer
The Enterprise Architect will align living roadmaps with current adoption and consumption, support governance and adaptation, and contribute architectural input into value-based business cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has considerable experience in software/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor. They should have specific expertise in software solutions through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption/Consumption, Consulting, or Business Development, demonstrating successful outcomes over multiple years. The candidate should represent SAP as a trusted advisor within SAP and/or the market, with deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS models, and Cloud-based commerce/business networks. Proven professional networks in the market are essential for driving pipeline and revenue growth for SAP. Fluency in English is required; any other language is an asset.
