About the Role:
CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Civil Dogman to join our team on multiple civil construction projects. As a Civil Dogman, you will be responsible for safely directing crane operators and other heavy equipment operators to ensure smooth and efficient lifting and moving of materials and equipment on-site. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining the safety and progress of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as the primary signaler to crane and heavy equipment operators.
- Safely guide the lifting, moving, and placing of heavy materials.
- Conduct pre-lift checks to ensure all equipment and lifting gear meet safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, crane operators, and other team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and work in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform site inspections and ensure the work area is protected and hazard-free.
- Assist in maintaining site cleanliness and organization.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment faults immediately to the supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Dogman or Rigger in a civil construction environment.
- Dogman Ticket - High Risk Licence
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License + Transport
- White Card
