Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical and personal care in clients' homes.
* Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Promote safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction.
Requirements:
* Current driver's license & reliable vehicle.
* National Police Clearance (current).
* Nursing registration (if applicable).
* First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy – confident using digital systems for care notes & communication.
* Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential).
