Qualifications
* 3–6 years' experience in civil design within Australia.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
* Experience across road design, earthworks, grading and site development projects.
* Familiar with Australian design standards and council requirements.
* Able to produce accurate, clear and well-structured engineering drawings.
* Strong communication skills and confidence working within a project team.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.
* Someone who enjoys learning, contributing and being part of a collaborative workplace.
About the Role
* Prepare civil design drawings and models for development and infrastructure projects.
* Assist with road layouts, site grading, bulk earthworks.
* Work closely with engineers and drafters to deliver practical design outcomes.
* Coordinate documentation and ensure designs meet relevant standards and specifications.
* Contribute across multiple projects from concept through to detailed design.
* Participate in design reviews and implement feedback effectively.
