About the opportunity
This opportunity is for a motivated and passionate new home sales professional to join our Geelong sales team. This role is based 5 days a week, full time in one of our Display Homes, and includes weekend work.
As a key member of our team you will be responsible for generating leads to signing contracts. You will set and achieve targets, develop and build customer relationships, organise the display centre and uphold the company’s values and reputation. We will provide tools, support and comprehensive training to facilitate your success.
Activities and Responsibilities
* Manage the prospecting process from the Display Home visitors sourcing new and early-stage leads to begin working through the sales process
* Maintain impeccable presentation standards of the display home, presenting the homes to the market which reflects our core values
* Create an environment for buyers to engage and attach to the Hudson Ridge product range
* New home sales experience and sound relationships with industry stakeholders
* Proven sales success in an industry other than domestic housing (will be considered)
* Build and maintain effective relationships with industry partners, land developers, Land agents, financiers and local community
* Strong selling and negotiating skills
* A drive to exceed targets and a hunger for success
* A positive attitude to professional development, strong work ethic and resilience
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening
* Highly developed time management skills and have strong attention to detail
