Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers.
* Handle customer transactions, including sales and service inquiries
* Process high-value transactions accurately, utilizing various payment methods
* Conduct identity services transactions, such as Australian Passport Interviews
* Promote products and services through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques
* Assist with mail lodgements and associated costs, ensuring seamless customer experience
* Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
* Perform administrative duties, including stocktaking and record maintenance, to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling is highly desirable
* Capacity to lift up to 16kg of mail regularly and stand for shifts
