Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers in an in-home care setting.
The successful candidates will provide exceptional support and services to aged care clients, empowering them to live independently and safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores.
* Support clients to maintain their independence by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities.
* Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team.
* Maintain client privacy and dignity at all times.
* Report any consumer risks to management.
* Attend regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Ability to commit to traveling around regional communities.
* Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or higher qualification.
* Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
* Experience working in the Aged Care Sector is highly advantageous.
* Hold a current Australian Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
