A senior nurse leader position has become available within our community services team.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to fill this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading a team of nursing associates and healthcare support staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for a band 6 level nurse to take on a senior leadership position, utilizing their skills and experience to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively without supervision.
* They should be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, using their initiative to problem solve and make decisions.
The Virtual Ward is a new and innovative Service that delivers acute care in patients' own homes, reducing hospital admissions and lengths of stay. The successful candidate will play a key role in this service, contributing to its development and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* NMC registration
* Mentorship or equivalent teaching qualification
* Physical health assessment qualification
* Experience working at a band 6 level
* Willingness to undertake further education
